Our plant consists of fully automated production lines strictly isolated from external
conditions and fully controlled by detection systems.
Our facilities include the central production plant, the packaging space, the cold stores, the warehouses as well as the company’s offices. The company’s mechanical equipment as well as its general factory structures are in full compliance with international standards for quality and food safety management.
The company applies control systems for its products, which are continuously upgrading and evolving. Having the ultimate goal of producing quality and healthy dairy products, we have developed and implemented a Food Safety Management System (HACCP) and an ISO 22000 certification.
We apply stringent controls from the receipt of raw materials, at every critical point in the production process and, of course, in finished products, following both National and European certification standards.
